10MHz~20GHz wide frequency range
The modulation frequency range of the AV6433A/D lightwave component analysis platform covers 10MHz~20GHz, and supports the settings of different frequency ranges, frequency intervals, and intermediate frequency bandwidths, and the minimum frequency resolution reaches 1Hz. It can meet the frequency response characteristic test of high-speed electro-optical and optoelectronic devices.
90dB high dynamic measurement range
Through all-digital intermediate frequency processing technology, as well as intermediate frequency filtering, low noise amplification, digital filtering and other technologies, the noise floor is greatly reduced, the signal-to-noise ratio is improved, and the dynamic range is better than 90dB.
Absolute frequency response characteristic test
