Product introduction:
The lithium niobate multifunctional integrated optical device (LiNbO3MIOC) adopts the microelectronic process. The waveguides and electrodes are fabricated on optical grade lithium niobate wafers, the input and output fibers are precisely coupled with the waveguides, and the chip is packaged in a gold-plated Kovar shell. The device can realize polarization/analysis, beam splitting/combining, phase modulation and other functions . The device adopts an integral socket, and the upper cover is sealed and welded in parallel, providing good reliability.

2. The waveguide is fabricated by annealing proton exchange process, single polarization operation, high extinction ratio
3. The design of the pull-back electrode is adopted to reduce the semiconductor voltage
