Product introduction:
SLD is a semiconductor light emitting device. Under the forward current injection, the carriers in the active region undergo population inversion distribution, electrons transition from the conduction band to the valence band, and recombine with holes to release photons. SLD uses high current pumping double heterostructure to generate a large number of photons, which belongs to low coherence light source. It has the advantages of large output power and wide spectrum, so it plays an important role in the fields of fiber optic gyroscope and fiber optic sensor. The SLD light source can work reliably without cooling, and is an ideal light source and key device for low-cost fiber optic gyroscopes.
