Product introduction:


Lithium niobate (LiNbO3) electro-optic phase modulators are fabricated with optical waveguides by titanium diffusion or proton exchange processes. The input and output fibers are precisely coupled with the waveguide, and the phase modulation of the signal is realized by using the electro-optic effect of the lithium niobate material. Titanium diffusion (Ti-indiffusion) or proton exchange (APE) waveguide processes can achieve birefringence or single polarization phase modulation, respectively.
